Ingredients:
1/3 cup self raising flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
5 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 stick sweet butter  
2 large eggs and 1 large egg yolk
6 Tbsp of sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 6 inches cake pan.
Shift the flour and cocoa  together. Set a bowl over
a saucepan of gently simmering water, put some
chopped chocolate and the butter in the bowl and
stir occasionally until they are melted.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and yolk, add the
sugar and whisk until well blended, then add the dry
ingredients slowly and finally stir in the melted
chocolate and butter.  Pour the batter into the pan
and sprinkle finely chopped chocolate over it. Bake  
for about 30 - 35 minutes. Cover with store bought
chocolate frosting and serve with your favorite
berries on top.
